March is ending but April is beginning and there are so many things to be grateful for! Speaking of gratitude, this is a great time to start a gratitude journal. There are different ways to keep a journal but the easiest to stick with in our opinion is the nightly gratitude ritual. Before heading off to sleep write down at least three things that you are grateful for including people, experiences, and lessons learned.
